How does pricing actually work?
+
Every engagement is fixed-scope and fixed-price, quoted after the intake call. The published figures are honest floors, not bait: a brand system typically lands between $1,200 and $6,000 depending on surface count, a product build between $2,400 and $18,000, and AI work between $3,000 and $30,000 depending on evaluation depth. You see the number before anything starts, and it does not move unless the scope does — in writing.
What does a typical timeline look like?
+
Identity systems run four to eight weeks. Marketing sites run three to six. Product interfaces and AI builds run eight to sixteen depending on integration surface. Retainers are continuous with a weekly cadence. Rush windows exist and carry a premium, because the only honest way to compress a timeline is to reduce scope or increase cost.
Who actually does the work?
+
The studio is operator-led: Ejike Lucky Chinemerem owns strategy, design direction and architecture on every engagement, and brings in vetted specialists for motion, illustration and heavy backend work when a project warrants it. You never get handed to a junior after the pitch, because there is no pitch team.
Do you work with clients outside Nigeria?
+
Most of the roster is remote and international — West Africa, the UK, the EU and North America. Delivery runs asynchronously with a written record of every decision, plus a weekly live review scheduled inside your working hours. Invoicing is available in USD, GBP, EUR or NGN.
Can you work alongside our existing team?
+
Frequently. We plug into an existing engineering organisation as the design-system and frontend authority, or into a marketing team as the creative arm. Code review, branch conventions and ticket hygiene follow yours, not ours.
What happens after launch?
+
Thirty days of included support covering defects, small copy changes and analytics questions. After that you either take full ownership with a documented handover and a recorded walkthrough, or continue on a retainer for ongoing roadmap work. Either way the code, files and accounts are yours.
Do you sign NDAs and work on confidential products?
+
Yes. Unreleased products, internal tooling and AI research are a routine part of the roster. Confidential work stays out of the public portfolio permanently unless you explicitly release it.
